Terms and Conditions — Photographer Lisbon

These are the terms and conditions applicable to photo sessions with Olivier Perrin, photographer in Lisbon.

1. Booking a photo session

You confirm your booking by paying a 30% deposit of the total session price. In case of cancellation, you can transfer this deposit to a new date.

2. Session pricing

• Corporate Session: €100 — 30 min · 1 edited photo
• Portrait Session: €200 — 1h · 10 edited photos
• Studio Session: €300 — 2h · 20 edited photos
• Premium Session: €600 — 2h (make-up + hairstyling + 2h studio) · 40 edited photos
• Session with Pet: €350 — 2h · 25 edited photos
• At-Home or Hotel Session: €350 — 2h · 25 edited photos

You can also add extra options:

• Extra edited photo: to be defined depending on the package

3. Photo delivery

Within 24 hours of the session, you receive all raw, unedited photos to make your selection. Once you’ve made your choice, I deliver the edited photos via secure link, within a maximum of 7 business days.

4. Editing

I then present you with several editing proposals, so we can choose together what suits you best.

5. Copyright and use of photos

The photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Unless you expressly object, I use the photos on the photographer’s social media and website, and you’re welcome to use them on yours as well. Please credit any publication as: olivierperrinphotographe. A contract can also be signed upon request.

6. Cancelling a booking

In case of cancellation, I retain the 30% deposit to reschedule the session at a later date.

7. Disputes

In case of a dispute, we first seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Portuguese law applies to these terms, in line with my activity as a photographer in Lisbon.
